Description

leakage can be due to several reasons like porosities, honeycombs, cavitations,
capillary channels, bad workmanship etc. All these reasons form cracks in the plaster or
concrete, through which water can travel and damage the building.
TERRO SEAL is a Latest Water borne Acrylic Ester copolymer Dispersion, thus. Leako
Seal is 100% Acrylic it can be used for Varieties of coating on cementitions Surface. Hair
line cracks on wall and terrace can easly be Filled by LEAKO SEAL. Â
HOW TO APPLY:-Free the surface from grease, dirt, oil and other lose particulars. Fill the largeholes and cracks by cement mortar. Moisten the surface before application
of Terro seal. Take 1Kg. Terro Seal and apply by brush. Allow it to dry apply
12 Hours. For better results apply 2 Coats.
TERRO SEAL WATER PROOFING PAST is bland of lime and acrylic polymers. It can
applied by brush or rowel. This is a lime based systems for waterproofing of concrete
and masonry through the crystallization process. When it is applied to a concrete
surface the active chemicals combine with the free lime and moisture present in the
capillary tract. Forms insoluble crystalline complexes. These crystals block the
capillaries and minor shrinkage cracks in the concrete to prevent any further water
ingress (even under pressure), in addition to water proofing the structure it protects the
concrete against sea water, waste water, aggressive ground water and certain
chemical solutions.

Steps are as Follows

Cleaning of the Surface
Surface Mustbe free from Dust, Oil Grease and Loose Particles etc

Surface Repairing and crack filing
Repair the Damaged surface and fill all the cracks by Brighto Water Proofing Paste of Terro Seal & Fiber mesh with the help brush & Putty Blade, Tube.Â

Application of Leako Seal
Application of one coat Diluted Leako Seal over the the Surface
as a primer coat with the help of Roller of Brush.

Application of Brighto Fiber Mesh
Apply the Fiber Mesh over the surface Covering Vertical side walls & Corners After spreading of Fiber mesh one coat of Diluated Terro Seal has to be applied uniformly Fiber Mesh provieds strength to the waterproofing due to its high tensile strength and alkali resistance

Application Water Proofing Paste (WPP)
Apply one coat Diluted Terro Seal water proofing paste over the surface with the help of Roller or Brush. Brighto Water Proofing Paste creates a hydrophobic barrier for water and insulates the surface from heat & cold

Application of Brighto Water Proofing Compound (WPC)
Prepare a Paste Brighto Waterproofing Compound by adding water and Terro Seal (20Kg. WPC with 200 GM. Terro Seal & Water) Apply Two Coats over the Surface with the help of Roller or Trowel this mixture insulates the Surface From Heat and Cold

Application of Building Guard
After Complete Drying of surface. Apply Two Coats of Building Guard with
the help of Brush of Roller allow it dry for 36 Hours. It seals the surface and
repels the water.
